About A Slice of Cheesecake

Baked or unbaked? Cream cheese or ricotta? With a side of whipped cream or ice cream? I wasn’t nicknamed after one of my favourite desserts because of my unhealthy fascination with it (that’s another story for another day), but it’s one of the many reasons why A Slice of Cheesecake exists.

A Slice of Cheesecake is currently serving discussions on food, books and travel with a side of “a post about nothing”. As we grow, the menu will evolve, so keep an eye out for any new dishes that pick your fancy!
